Love

It all starts with ourselves.

By loving ourselves. We learn to allow and experience love all around us, including that in nature. Love connects us all. When we operate from a place of love rather than fear.

Prioritise relationships. Starting with the one you have to yourself.

  • Do something that makes you smile.

  • Meditate.

  • Practice gratitude for what you are and have already

  • Spend time with loved ones.

  • Use our bodies in nature

  • Learn about self love and other practices

  • Share these practices

  • Support others

  • Enjoy community

Reconnect & Learn

Reconnecting to ourselves allows the reconnection to nature to be even stronger and easier to foster. Take time in nature and enjoy being around it as much as you can. Learn from nature. She's the best teacher.

  • Go for a walk in nature.

  • Hug a tree

  • Talk to trees

  • Talk to other people about trees and their experiences

  • Follow @treehumans

  • Learn about nature and biodiversity

  • Be grateful to nature for simply existing

  • Eat well,

  • Eat fresh produce

  • Learn about old growth forests and the connections between trees and all life. Watch Fantastic Fungi documentary.

Protect & Allow

Protect the old growth forests that are already here. They are vital for biodiversity and it's a crucial time to protect what's there.

The biggest threats to forests around the world come from animal agriculture, intensive mono crop agriculture, mining and logging. These are all to fund products for you. If you don't want to do that then.

Reduce, reuse and recycle.

Buying or relying on technology to get us out of this is not the answer, electric cars, whilst a good step to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels require a lot of resources and energy to build. Reduce your consumption of all things. Learn about sustainability practices. Learn and educate yourself around supply chains and carbon emissions.

We have the greatest technology at our disposal (nature) if we allow space it will recover and reseed itself.
